1. What this service is

RuufLink™ is a roofing lead marketplace. When you submit a roofing project, we verify your mobile number and then make the project details available to local roofing professionals who serve your area. We introduce you to roofing companies; we are not the roofer, we don't do the work, and we're not part of your contract or payment with them.

2. Free for homeowners — no obligation

Submitting a request is free. You are never obligated to hire any roofing company, accept any estimate, or pay for any work through RuufLink™.

3. What happens after you submit

• You answer a few questions about your roof and your timeline.
• We send a one-time code by SMS to confirm your mobile number.
• After your request is successfully verified, RuufLink™ sends you a confirmation by text and email.
• Once verified, your project becomes available to roofing professionals in your service area.
• Interested companies may contact you by phone, text or email about your project.
• RuufLink™ emails and texts you the name and business contact details of each licensed roofing company we connect with your request.

4. Who may contact you

If your project is purchased exclusively, one company receives your contact details. If it is shared, up to the published maximum — currently three companies — may receive them. They may contact you by phone, text or email about this specific roofing project. You can ask any company to stop contacting you at any time.

RuufLink™ will tell you which companies have been connected with your request and give you their public business details, so you can recognise them — or contact them yourself. RuufLink™ does not guarantee that any company will contact you.

5. How we are paid

Homeowners pay nothing. Roofing professionals pay RuufLink™ for access to a project. That payment does not obligate you to hire them and does not affect the price they quote you.

6. How long your request stays active

A project generally remains available to roofing professionals for up to 14 days after it becomes available, unless it is purchased, withdrawn, removed or otherwise made unavailable sooner. RuufLink™ may adjust the availability period, so the actual period in effect may differ.

7. What we do not do

• We do not perform roofing work or supervise it.
• We do not guarantee pricing, quality, workmanship, licensing, insurance or availability.
• We do not send you quotes or estimates ourselves.
• We do not sell your information for unrelated marketing.
• We are not a party to any estimate, contract, agreement, payment, warranty or roofing work between you and a roofing company.
• We do not provide emergency roofing response, emergency dispatch or water mitigation, and we do not guarantee contractor response times.

8. What we recommend before hiring

• Get more than one quote.
• Verify the company's CSLB license and insurance directly with the company.
• Ask for references and review recent work.
• Never pay for a full roof up front.
• Use a written contract that describes the work, materials, timeline and payment terms.

9. Withdrawing your request

You may contact us at any time to request that your project be deactivated and no longer shown to roofing professionals. Companies that already purchased your project will retain the details they lawfully received.

10. No guaranteed outcome

We do not guarantee that any company will call, quote, be available, or accept your project. We also do not guarantee that a submitted project will result in contact, an appointment, an estimate, a sale, a signed contract or a completed job.
