Why do I have to verify my phone number?

A one-time SMS code confirms the request came from you. Nothing is listed in our marketplace until that code is confirmed, which keeps the marketplace free of fake requests.

Who sees my contact information?

Your name, address, phone and email are stored separately from the project details shown in the marketplace. They unlock only for a roofing professional who requests access to your project.

How many companies will contact me?

It depends on the project. An exclusive project goes to one company. A shared project is capped at a small maximum set by our team, currently three.

Are the roofing companies licensed?

Accepted Answer

Only licensed roofing companies can request access to a project. At signup we collect the company's CSLB license number, license holder, classification and expiration date, and our team reviews it before the account is activated. If a company changes its licensing details, marketplace access pauses until we review them again. We review licenses, we do not guarantee them — you can confirm any California license yourself at cslb.ca.gov.

Are the companies vetted?

We collect business details and license numbers at signup and review accounts before activating them. We do not guarantee any company's work — always confirm license, insurance and references yourself before signing a contract.

Can I remove my request?

Yes. Contact support with your reference number and we will deactivate it. Companies that already purchased the project will still have the details they received.

How is a lead priced?

Pricing is set per project category, with separate exclusive and shared prices. You always see the exact price before you confirm a purchase.

What is a shared lead?

A shared project can be purchased by more than one company, up to a maximum set by our team. The current maximum and your position are shown before you buy and recorded on your receipt.

What if a lead is bad?

Report it from your dashboard within the window described in the Lead Purchase Policy. Our team reviews the original submission, the verification record and the audit trail before deciding.
