Our role

We operate a marketplace that connects homeowners with roofing professionals. We are not a roofing contractor, we do not perform roofing work, and we do not act as an agent for any company. Any agreement for roofing work is strictly between you and the company you choose.

No endorsement or guarantee

We collect business details and license numbers from companies and review accounts before activation. We do not guarantee any company's licensing status, insurance, workmanship, pricing or availability. Confirm these directly before signing any contract.

Homeowner use

• Submit accurate information about a property you own or are authorized to act for.
• Verify your mobile number when prompted; unverified requests are not listed.
• There is no cost and no obligation to hire anyone.

Contractor use

• Purchases are governed by the Contractor Agreement and Lead Purchase Policy.
• Homeowner information may be used only to contact the homeowner about their submitted project.
• Reselling, redistributing or repurposing homeowner information is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts, omissions, workmanship or agreements of any company or homeowner using the marketplace.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect at the time of a transaction is recorded with that transaction.
