1. The offers

• Offer 1: Spend $500 → get $250 in bonus lead credits.
• Offer 2: Spend $1,000 → get $500 in bonus lead credits.
• Offer 3: Spend $3,000 → get $1,500 in bonus lead credits.

You choose and claim one offer before you submit your application. Offers are mutually exclusive and not cumulative. Your claimed offer is locked to your application and account and cannot be changed later.

2. Spending window

You have 30 days from your account’s first approval with a verified license to reach the spending requirement of your claimed offer. Spending below the requirement earns no bonus, and spending more than the requirement does not unlock a different offer.

3. What counts

Only completed, verified card payments for Pay As You Go purchases (Shared Leads, Exclusive Leads and Booked Appointments) count. Monthly Plan payments, purchases paid with Monthly Plan value, purchases made while a Monthly Plan is in effect, and amounts paid with any RuufLink™ credit do not count.

When a lead purchase is paid partly with RuufLink™ credits and partly by card, only the amount actually paid by card counts toward your claimed spending requirement. For example, a $200 purchase paid with $100 in credits and $100 by card adds $100 to your qualifying spend.

4. Bonus lead credits

Your claimed bonus is added to your account right after the qualifying payment is verified, once only. Bonus lead credits expire 90 days after they are issued, are not cash, have no cash value and are not transferable.

5. Refunds, chargebacks and fair use

If a qualifying payment is refunded or disputed and your qualifying spend falls below the requirement, any unused bonus lead credits are removed. You will never owe money because of this. One Welcome Offer per contracting business; accounts linked to a business or license that already received a new-contractor offer are not eligible. RuufLink™ may review linked or suspicious accounts before the offer applies.

6. Other programs

The Welcome Offer replaces the earlier New Contractor Lead Credit for new applicants. Existing credits and the Contractor Referral Program are not affected.
