What we share and when
- Before a match: project type, city, ZIP, timeline, roof age and photo count only.
- After a professional requests access to your project: your name, address, phone, email and photos.
- Exclusive projects are released to one professional only.
- Shared projects are capped at a small maximum so you are not overwhelmed.
- You can ask us to deactivate your request at any time by contacting support.
What it costs you
Nothing. Homeowners never pay to submit a project or to speak with roofing professionals. Roofing professionals pay for access to projects in their service area, which is how the marketplace is funded.

Who contacts you
Only licensed roofing companies can request access to a project. At signup we collect the company's CSLB license number, license holder, classification and expiration date, and our team reviews it before the account is activated.
