1. Optional plans

Monthly plans are entirely optional. A roofing company may purchase Shared Verified Leads, Exclusive Verified Leads and Booked Appointments Pay As You Go at any time, with or without an active monthly plan.

2. How plan value works

Each monthly plan includes a fixed amount of plan value that can be used toward Shared Verified Leads, Exclusive Verified Leads and Booked Appointments in the RuufLink™ Marketplace. Each opportunity uses the price shown for that opportunity at the time of purchase, including any premium for urgent homeowner timelines.

Plan lead amounts are based on Shared Verified Leads at RuufLink's lowest current Shared lead price. Exclusive Verified Leads and Booked Appointments use more of your monthly plan value.

Lead availability depends on matching homeowner requests in your selected service areas and categories. Monthly plans do not guarantee that the maximum number of leads will be available.

3. Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance and are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. The first month is charged in full and is not prorated. Plan value resets at the start of each billing month. Unused monthly plan value does not roll over.

4. Choosing how to pay

At checkout you choose how to fund each opportunity: your monthly plan, RuufLink™ Credit, or your card. Nothing is selected automatically and no funding source is applied without your choice. Only one benefit may be used per opportunity. If an opportunity costs more than the plan value you have remaining, the difference is paid by card. An opportunity fully covered by plan value requires no additional card charge.

5. RuufLink™ Credit remains separate

RuufLink™ Credit, including any New Contractor Lead Credit you are eligible for, is a separate program with its own rules and expiration terms. It is not affected by starting, changing or cancelling a monthly plan.

6. Cancellation and lapses

You may cancel at any time. Your plan remains active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and afterwards your account simply continues on Pay As You Go. A failed payment or lapsed plan never disables your account or your access to the Marketplace and Pay As You Go purchases.

7. Lead Protection™ and Booked Appointment Assurance

When an approved Lead Protection™ or Booked Appointment Assurance claim relates to an opportunity funded by your monthly plan, the remedy is a restoration of that value to your current monthly plan for the current billing month. Restored value follows the same reset rules and does not roll over. Exactly one remedy is provided per approved claim. If you no longer have an active plan, the existing Pay As You Go remedy applies instead.

8. Changes

We may change plan pricing and included amounts. Contractors with an active plan keep the pricing and plan value recorded with their subscription until they change plans. The version of these terms in effect at the time of a transaction is recorded with that transaction.
