1. What the offer is

Eligible newly approved roofing companies receive a one-time $500 RuufLink Credit. RuufLink Credit is a credit toward purchases on RuufLink™. It is not cash, has no cash value, is not a deposit, is not redeemable for cash except where applicable law requires otherwise, and is not transferable to another company or account.

2. Who qualifies

To receive the credit, all of the following must be true:

• The promotion is running at the time your account is approved.
• Your contractor account was created on or after the promotion start date.
• Your contractor license has been verified by RuufLink™.
• Your account is approved and becomes active for the first time.
• Your account has never received this signup promotion before.
• No other account belonging to the same contracting business or license has previously received this promotion.

Creating an account, accepting an invitation or submitting an application does not earn the credit. Nothing is issued until approval and the eligibility checks above are complete.

3. One promotion per business

The promotion is limited to one per legitimate contracting business and license — not one per user account, email address or phone number. Where a new account appears to be linked to a business that already received the promotion, or to another account under review, the promotion is held for manual review and may be declined. Re-approval, suspension and reinstatement, a status change, or a second account for the same business never produce a second $500 credit.

4. Issuance and expiration

• The credit is issued to your account when you are approved and eligibility is confirmed.
• The credit expires 30 days after it is actually issued. The exact expiration date is shown on the credit in your contractor account.
• Any portion not used before expiration is forfeited and has no further value.
• Expiration applies only to this promotional credit. Booked Appointment Assurance Credit does not expire.

5. Using the credit

• It can be applied toward Exclusive Leads, Shared Leads and Booked Appointments.
• You choose when to apply it — it is never applied automatically.
• You may use it partially across several purchases or all at once. There is no per-purchase limit, and a purchase may be covered entirely by credit.
• Credit applied to a purchase can never exceed that purchase’s price.

6. Refunds

A refund never converts credit into cash. Where a purchase paid with promotional credit is refunded, the promotional portion is returned as credit and card payments are returned to the card. If the original promotional credit has already expired at the time of a valid refund, the promotional value is returned as replacement promotional credit carrying the same restrictions, usable for a limited period stated on that credit.

7. Suspension, fraud and forfeiture

• Unused credit cannot be spent while an account is suspended.
• Credit is restored for use if the account is reinstated in good standing.
• RuufLink™ may freeze or forfeit promotional credit where an account is closed, or where there is fraud, misrepresentation, duplicate-account abuse or a violation of the Contractor Terms. Forfeiture is an explicit decision recorded with a written reason.

8. Changes to the offer

RuufLink™ may change, pause or end this promotion at any time. Credit already issued keeps the terms that applied when it was issued. Questions: support@ruuflink.com.
